"We drove 10 hours to be at the dealership when they opened. Unfortunately I was a little too anxious & we beat all of the employees by about an hour.
I stood on the lot tapping my foot, ready for anything, expecting it to be like buying a car... boy was I wrong. All of the employees at Airstream of Arkansas were
so nice to us. I never felt like I was being rushed. No question went unanswered (even the ones I forgot about, Gene remembered). I left with my new purchase
right behind me & the feeling that I had bought something that we will enjoy for years. I made several phone calls to Gene before we went to pick our unit up &
I have been talking to him on the phone since we got back on a regular basis. I have & will continue to recommend Airstream of Arkansas to anyone that is "looking

"The purchase of our 2007 28’ Safari Special Edition from Airstream of Arkansas was a really enjoyable experience. We traveled from Fresno, California to meet with Gene Morris. Gene is the sales manager for Airstream of Arkansas. Dealing with Gene and all their people was a wonderful experience and they answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Bill, service manager, instructed me how to hitch up the Equal i-Zer hitch and we drove around town getting the feel for the hitch and towing the AS.
The walk through by Gene was intensive and thorough. He had me use the various features in order to make sure I had an understanding of how they worked. My wife videotaped the walk through for future reference. We edited the tape into a movie that we burned on to a DVD. We can watch it in our AS when we need to refresh our memories. The experience and training were such that we were able to tow the AS a little over 1900 miles back to California with out any problems.
Overall, we had a great experience, great training, and purchased a great unit at a fair price. I would recommend Gene and his staff to anyone looking for an Airstream from a phenomenal dealer. If you have any questions feel free to contact me at jmdngls@comcast.net. "

"We purchased our first Airstream, a Classic 31, from Airstream of Arkansas after finding your site on the internet and calling Gene Morris to get more information. We were immediately impressed with the customer support we received and drove from Missouri to Searcy to look at the inventory. Gene spent several hours with us to make sure our questions were answered and we made our selection. Now after five months we are more convinced that we made the right decision. We have just returned from a five week trek covering several states and are delighted with our new Airstream. Nancy had never driven a vehicle pulling a trailer but the ease of pulling the Airstream made the trip more enjoyable since we could alternate drivers. The after sale service and support has been outstanding. Bill and the service team are always available to answer any technical questions. We have ordered some optional parts and found them most helpful and the service timely and responsive. We strongly recommend Airstream of Arkansas to our friends and anyone is who looking for a quality buying experience and outstanding after purchase support.

"We drove from Memphis to Searcy just to "get a feel" for the size and livability of a 25' AS. We were just looking. Gene made the experience so nice that we bought on the spot. We actually picked up the Airstream on April 15 as we also had to buy a new tow vehicle. The entire process, purchase, delivery and afterwards (with the usual dumb questions and needed help) were great. There was no pressure to buy, just friendly, helpful input. The delivery went the same way. Gene delivered 2 trailers that morning but still managed to answer all of our questions. Everything was demonstrated and we were given a test drive to make sure the brakes felt good and that the trailer was pulling fine. This was a great experience. We look forward to a long relationship with Airstream of Arkansas and Gene. "

"Nancy and I wanted a certain Airstream Classic trailer which was not in stock and we were not in a hurry for delivery. We sat down with Gene and put the order on paper. That was on November 25, 2005. Gene called us the following week and said he could place the order for the price and the trailer would be available on the only weekend in April we could travel to Arkansas from Houston. The whole ordering follow up process was handled over the phone and internet which make it so easy. We arrived on Saturday April 15th and it only took about 2 hours to learn about the trailer functions. At the same time our truck was being set up with the weight distribution hitch and the trailer brakes. It was made so easy. We really appreciated dealing with Gene Morris and Airstream of Arkansas."

"This year we decided to make a long anticipated purchase; an Airstream travel trailer... We searched the Internet and found Airstream of Arkansas... On their webpage we found the specific "Safari SS SE" that we had hoped to find... With reservations about purchasing, we called and talked to Jim, our salesman... His calm professional manner, as well as the good reputation of the dealership, led us to make a buying decision.We closed the deal on Monday... Tuesday was our 36th wedding anniversary... At 5pm on our anniversary, Randall from Airstream of Arkansas had our Airstream in our drive!!! He had driven over 1000 miles to have it to us that day!!! We had our anniversary dinner in our new travel home... Our vehicle arrived exactly as pictured and described... Gene, the Sales Manager, even called that evening to make sure all went well!!!
